On March 17, BenLink and Bühler hosted the event “The Future of Bühler Services with BenLink”, live from Uzwil and streamed globally. The event brought together key Bühler leaders to share insights on service strategy, transformation priorities, and how BenLink contributes to delivering service excellence at scale.
The event featured presentations from Samuel Schär (Chief Sales & Services Officer), Tjark de Vries (Head of Global Service Operations), Martin Stäger (Head of Service Transformation), and Manuel Kindle (Head of BenLink).
A key focus of the event was Bühler’s ambition to grow its service business through Services Agreements—a strategic priority essential for increasing market presence and strengthening long-term customer partnerships.
